ah yes the big five.
I'm looking forward to whatever Patreon files. I'll be disappointed if they don't invoke their right to move this case (to a state where Lionel Hutz isn't licensed to practice).
If they wanted to, though, they could waive that but invoke their fee-shifting clause to slap him with at least their fees when they win. I hope they want to play with him a little first, though.
Are they the only ones yet to file their motions? If so, methinks it will be the most complicated.
I think they intend to file on Friday, perhaps right before the close of business. I also think, or at least hope, that they'll be bringing their boomstick.
The biggest affront here is the lack of the Oxford Comma after 'Kiwi'.
Well Patreon will hopefully be laying out the boom tomorrow as they have invested the most in representation. While the Google case promises to be entertaining, those tend to drag on for years if not decades. The Biggest Faggot in the universe is our best hope for legal lulz in the short term. I'm predicting that if Patreon moves the case to California, Lionel Hutz bails from the suit as much as possible leaving Georgie boy up shit creek. Maybe he'll embrace it and go full pro se?
That, and it bothers me how he does not capitalize the I in Internet. "Internet" is a proper noun. A combination of any intranets (i.e. government networks) is an "internet", much like the DPRK's isolated "internet". The Internet is the very popular consumer internet.
Big move, but not by Patreon.
Is the Commercial Division much more strict or timely than civil court?
I actually don't know. New York as a state has fairly unique and somewhat arcane procedures.
I would assume from the fact that this competent commercial defendant has taken action to move the case there that they view it as to their advantage.
It's obvious they think it is to their advantage.
I suspect this is the curb where they're applying the mouth of the Biggest Cuck in the Universe.
Maybe this division is more inclined to award fees or something.
I really want to know what the Lionel Hutz is doing during all this. Maybe he really did just sign off on whatever dogshit Maddox threw together and has no idea the shit storm that is a brewing.
It's 4:30 PM. Nothing from Patreon yet.
I've speculated they'll file right before the end of business.
I'm F5'ing this page every 5 minutes or so.

It is now past 5 PM.
A letter from WS, sent today, has been put on the docket.
Patreon's response has not gone up on the site yet. Perhaps it will?
I like the idea of Patreon literally ignoring the lawsuit almost as much as I like the boomstick option.
As amusing as it would be for them to ignore it, it's their last day to file and this is not a precedent they want to set for their customer's especially since they just caved in to them on changing Patreon's pay structure. I suspect the page itself just hasn't been updated to reflect the new files.
Is it possible that the Chad response to the Biggest Cuck in the Universe is just ignoring it?
I guess we'll have to wait until tomorrow to find out.
Because Patreon, so far, seems simply to be ignoring this lolsuit.
Okay a bunch of stuff just showed up on the docket.
You can't see it yet, though. I am not sure who "K. Olson" is.
Actually, I am. K. Olson represents Patreon.
I am pretty sure the BOOM STICK is coming DOWN.
Okay. It's an utter smackdown and it does, in fact, inform the court that the only place this case can be brought is in California, pursuant to the agreement the Biggest Cuck in the Universe agreed to when he set up his failed, shitty Patreon.
And that all this cuck has is arbitration.
The Biggest Cuck in the Universe automatically loses against this.
Double posting because this post is days later.
This is just a scheduling stipulation between Asterios and George. A messy paste of the text for anyone who doesn't want to go there and see it.
@AnOminous So do you think George will pursue the arbitration? I'm wondering if it will hurt his other cases if he does.
