All the exceptionalism came from Landau's conduct. He was told how to act by Borrok several times, and looked just as unprepared as I heard.

So even in a sanctions motion such as this, where he ends up getting off, he still acted exceptionally. Wow.

Asterios gets no justice because the judge simply doesn't like that he was assigned to the case. Recuse yourself then and have a new judge be assigned.

He was talking to the people in the follow-up trial. He expected it to be done in 20 mins, but it went on for 20+ minutes longer.

He talked over Greenberger and Borrok, and the latter had to reprimand him for it by saying "We have a code of conduct here in New York that you have to follow."

Now I really want to see the transcript for this sanctions motion. Sounds like the most bullshit cop out answer. You have a lawyer and his client submitting evidence which the client later admits in an affidavit pretty much he lied about lied about, and an attorney who did not do what was asked, but instead filed nonsense sanctions against opposing parties. Personal bias aside, what is there to argue, looks sanctionable to me? Looks like an obvious abuse of the court system.

I've noticed it is exceedingly rare to see perjury charges brought forward. You have to really piss the government off to get them to care about shit like this. As far as two little guy squabbling, the state of New York couldn't give less of a fuck and just wants it off the docket.

Its a crime. Impersonating a person or a representative of a company in order to harm someone is a crime in New York.

Apparently the judge at one point said that he cannot assume that Maddox does not want to be referred to as a she...So this guy read the Heather statement and inferred some sort of "transgenderism". Can anyone confirm that? Guy sounds like a complete cuck.

Perjury was actually the first half of the hearing. Landau bumbled his way through that, and Borrock reprimanded Greenberger for referring to "Heather S." as a "he". He said something along the lines of "We have to respect a person's right to their identity."

Why would a scam artist like Kevin Landau want clients better than Maddox? He wants small cases he knows are going to fail from fuckups who are willing to give Landau booze money for their shitty grievances.

That blows my fucking mind! That's not how court should work. First, a Judge should finish all his cases before retiring. And second, the court system is so bloated and fuck that OFCOUSE it took a long time for the sanctions case. Judge just didnt want to deal with another judge's cases.

I'm more pissed that con artist of a lawyer gets to walk free after mutiple fuck ups and conduct that would get a normal person fired from their job. Courts are a joke and all verdicts should be decide in a trial by combat.
