Hey kiwis I was wondering if any other chicks fancied chatting about lifting. I hate talking about this stuff in threads with dudes cause I get what Freud would call 'gain envy'. I started with functional training about 6 months ago, as part of a weight loss push, but loved my newbie muscles so moved on to more traditional weightlifting. I generally hit the gym about 5 times a week and am making some progress but started out super weak. Please join me in thread where benching 30kg is massively impressive and we add plates 1.25 at a time.
