Here’s the thing: if you make a live action anime film in Japan, fans will throw Yen at it. I’m pretty sure the only reason GuP doesn’t have a live action film is that the budget from using tanks alone would probably make it a giant money pit.
There's chatter about Japan changing their laws some years back about what you can drive for filming, supposedly that's why Kamen Rider cut back drastically on the riding.
That would be an issue if it ever gets pass the omnipresent safety and liabilities concerns for cast, and everyone else working in and around them.
they'll probably just cgi it like they did with patlabor next generation. interior scenes would be a set and exterior action shots would be cgi. they'll have non working replicas for the garage scenes or whever they're just hanging out on a tank talking about shit.
I guess that’s one way to do it.
CGI is about the only way to do GuP live-action as the people in that universe are effectively baby-Kryptonions as witnessed in the Anzio OVA with two Anzio schoolgirls effortlessly flipped a three ton tankette upright onscreen.

it'll probably be licensed after the entire collection comes out, to be released as one collection; barring any VAs dying or quitting the biz and sentai being around to continue the license. A lot of them are kickvic-ers with monica rial playing one of the rabbit crew. her sister plays one of the dweebs from anteater. I don't think i care too much about that but it would make it cheaper to dub if you can dub all 6 in one go.

Looking at the Brackets in der finale 2, it's either Jakasota or Saunders. it'll probably be jakasota because we saw saunders already. for the finals it could be Pravda, Kuromuromine or St. Glo.
Funny thing is that a Finnish tank museum that had the last surviving BT-42 got a lot of interest because of the anime and this scene. They had some tourists visit and the museum decided to use the attention they were getting to set up a crowdfunding project to fund sheltering for the tanks:
