I kept getting ads for Disney Emoji Blitz when I played a different game.
I am not one of those Disney adults and I hate people who are, but I love a good Bejeweled skin and the emojis looked cute and well designed.

I was prepared for a bunch of malware and pay-to-play shit but it looks like you don't have to really pay any real money unless you care about collecting every single emoji. Yeah it would be fun to have the ones from the more rare/old movies, but it's not something I'd pay for.

Overall I really like it. You can only play for 5 minutes at a time before you have to wait for your "lives" to refill. It's fun to see the different characters "emojified."

Don't know if it's considered "girly" but i used to be obsessed with Tamagotchi Corner Shop 2 as a kid.
I was just gonna mention the first one. I actually found the cartridge of it on the side of the road and nearly left it there thinking it was a game meant for preschoolers. Took a chance, and it is no joke one of my favorite games.

Found it on the side of the road? That's not the beginning of a creepypasta or anything.

But anywho. I never had a DS growing up (have they made any tama games for consoles?) so I didn't play this but I had three different generation of tamagotchi toys over the years and connected them to the online tamagotchi world site.

Speaking of virtual pet sites. Are those girly? I only ever knew girls who played them (especially the horse ones). I did play Neopets, Rescreatu, and once had a webkinz, but I really preferred Marapets. There was one I just can't remember the name of now, where it was more like you had an avatar of you and lived in a cartoon city. Might have started with an F, or sounded like a cereal company name. It's so vague it's hard to remember.

Oh man I love a good match 3 game.

My first introduction to the genre was Beehive Bedlam - you it played with your tv remote. God, remember the 00s?

There was loads of games that I used to play straight from my tv. I remember a Nickelodeon one where you had to cover words in slime. Sadly can't find a sceeencap of it but here is an ad about the games -

Another one whilst I'm here is games on DVDs! I suppose they are relatively gender neutral but everyone who I remember playing them were girls. I used to LOVE them. The two I remember best was a Monsters Inc one when you had the find the correct door and a Stuart Little one where you had to answer trivia from the movie to help Stuart out.

I remember the Sue games! There was one about making chocolates I liked. I found a website with a lot of cooking and dress up games that were mostly in Korean or Japanese so I had to guess a lot. I kind of want to try them again for nostalgia but I doubt I even know where to start.

I also played on the Barbie website. I was never into the actual dolls but I loved online games and junk. I also played American Girl games too. In terms of video games I didn’t have many girly ones at all unless Harvest Moon counts. Magical Melody was my jam, and really helped spur my completionist obsession in games, and my love for Stardew valley.
I found the website, it popped into my head recently. Google oyunlar1, there's a variety of mirror websites. I went to the last page of cooking games and it was exactly like I remember, ads and all. All the Sue and other Japanese/Korean games still mystify me until I figure out what everything all means again. They're....eh. I played a few and I think my nostalgia is satisfied now.

I miss binging online games after school with not a care in the world, eating snacks and listening to radio disney.

A mobile game called Love Nikki (shipped outside of SEA as Love Nikki: Dress-Up Queen, I think) has a dollhouse as a secondary feature. The style is almost *exactly* the same as on your screenshot, but graphics are more modern and detailed. Unfortunately (or fortunately) for you, it's a part of a dress-up game, and to get access to the house and unlock various features there you need to progress in the main game.

Overall, Love Nikki is definitely my go-to recommendation for a girly game, even my traditionally masculine husband enjoys it a lot. It's a bit cash-grabby, but it's mostly standard microtransactions stuff, and I've met people with huge collections who hadn't dropped a cent on the game.

No spoilers but the LN story gets INSANE later on

That's the website I used as well!!! I remember bookmarking it to my dads clunky work laptop and he thought it was a virus.

I looked it up on accident and holy shit. I haven’t spent any money on it and I’m still working on getting either the chapter 9 or 10 Outfit.

Also with the death of flash, rip Rinmaru games. That shit made most of my middle school years and a bit recently with its stupidly cute anime dress up games

I actually remember asking my mom to buy me one of these games as a kid.
It was actually fun to me :lit:

Wow, you just unlocked a memory hidden deep in me. I haven't played the games you listed, but I was obsessed with this game on the PC. It's actually a learning game. Blossom taught grammar, Buttercup taught fractions, and Bubbles taught Spanish.

The first "girly" games that come to mind for me are Stardoll (which my mom banned me from after she saw half naked guys) and Everythinggirl.com which linked to all the different Barbie/Polly Pocket/Myscene games. My favorite was the babysitting game where you had to take care of Barbie's baby sister. And it turns out you can still play it here. My friend and I would laugh our heads off by putting only cookies in the cart.

MLP friendship gardens was the absolute shit, i played it again a few years ago for some reason. like many other people here i also played tons of dress up flash games (and the point about girlsgogames being good before, so many dressup and house decorating games i can't find anymore :heart-empty:) little autistic ol me would play the same ones for ages writing my own stories.
a gacha i play has at least one special outfit for all the characters which appeals to me because they tend to be nicely designed and some of them are very reminiscent of stuff that i would try and make in flash games. it's not really girly, just typical gacha. (mostly) not oversexualized to appeal to dudes but not trying extremely hard to appeal to girls, i guess? i have spent an absolutely shameful amount of money on it and it's not even been out for a year, and even then it's pennies compared to what big whales spend.
that's what i get for playing a gacha of my favourite series.
i also still, somewhere, have a lot of girly ds games. mostly shovelware but one that stands out to me was one of the ones ubisoft released as their imagine series, happy cooking. it's got a simple cute story (girl wants to learn to cook for her dad within a timeframe and there's some magic involved to make that happen) and i always enjoyed it, ended up getting 100% on the save file i had. last year i learned that it had a sequel that was a rhythm game that never got imported, i played it and it was fairly fun.
