IIRC that rating has always been for people getting really pissed off at cows and wishing for them to have their lives ruined or to have physical harm befall them or whatever. I definitely like the potential to use this rating as a one click solution to tell someone to calm down because they're mad on a shitposting website that's full of "gossip" that people freely broadcast about themselves.

The more I think of it. Yes, we are sort of in need of a "Lol, calm down" rating. Sometimes, just rating something "Autistic" isn't good enough.
