I've always wondered, is there an anime soundtrack that you've listened to yourself that blows you away that you wish you could share with anyone? There's only so many different places you can look that it's quite amazing how many hidden gems there are.
That being said I have a few OSTs to share myself, that are quite phenomenal for what they are.

The soundtrack for 少女終末旅行 (Shoujo Shuumatsu Ryokou) is one of the best I've heard recently. I think some of the most beautiful soundtracks are the ones that are most overlooked and this is definitely one of those. It's combination of modern classical and ambient is well structured and a great listen.

Coming from the same season as Shoujo Shuumatsu, there was a highly praised CG anime (Quite unbelievable if you ask me) called 宝石の国 (Houseki no Kuni) that had by far one of the most beautiful orchestras I've had the pleasure of listening to. I felt like I was being sunk in to a classic Disney movie when going through most of this soundtrack, having this nostalgic feeling throughout. The composition of both the intense and soft parts of this soundtrack are so insanely well done it reminds me that some of the most passionate musicians out there make the best sounding stuff.

Share a soundtrack you like for everyone else to listen to. Find some hidden gems or show some of the best known ones. Anything goes.

You can't ever go wrong with Susumu Hirasawa's work, 'specially Berserk.

Yoko Kanno is a goddess, but I always turns to her Escaflowne soundtracks as among some of her best, but just about everything she touches is gold. (Except for Brain Powerd, her music couldn't save that piece of shit.)

Here, have "Dance of Curse", which is four minutes of awesome.

CLANNAD's a visual novel, but I want to post this anyway because it's actually really cool. So this is "Town, Flow of Time, People".

Someone reversed it, which must be heard to be believed.

Oof, should I go to town on this topic. Well first and foremost

1) Pretty much anything by Yoko Kanno (for example Dance of Curse from The Vision of Escaflowne)
2) Gundam Wing Soundtrack (pretty much the overwhelming majority of it)
3) The soundtrack for Rurouni Kenshin (except the stupid intro song)
4) The FMA soundtrack as a whole

Just too many to think of. If you want some specific ones not mentioned above, I'll provide some.

Edit : For the hek of throwing one example in here's an oldie but a goodie

Mushi-shi has one of the most flexible soundtracks I've ever heard. The composer is Toshio Masuda, the guy behind Naruto's soundtrack.

Guy looks like a potato, but holy shit, respect.
