American Dad is great at shitposting about neocon suburbanite culture, even if that isn't the most relevant thing these days. It seems to have more attention and care given than Family Guy does.

I don't know if I could describe Fritz the Cat's hard political stance accurately without spending a paragraph or a few, but consider it is critical of a certain flavor of leftism, that being middle class and academic. Not just the scene I've linked, the titular character is basically a walking caricature of a middle class student slumming it with oppressed groups.
