Motherfucker, that's called being NORMAL. Men aren't macho men 100% of the time, and women aren't delicate flowers 100% of the time. And then there's the comment by someone else about the character being comfortable with female traits and clothing, and so said character must identify as female. Which proves yet again that all this shit is completely superficial; just a fashion statement.

This isn't just a gender issue, either: Look at the ones hyper-focusing on race nowadays. People aren't people; they're characters to play. What's to blame for this immaturity in how one views others and themselves? This regression in thought? Is it because all these people watch are TV and internet caricatures and never actually deal with the general public, so they think that's normal? Did they never learn the difference between reality and fiction? What the fuck happened to critical thinking? Is there literally something in the water that's interfering with our mental development?

The red flag that I can't help but focus on in this case is that line about the people they consider their "partners"; how this person thinks it's abnormal to have platonic relationships. That's called a friend (with benefits, if you're willing to fuck them but not hold them in special regard). That's...that's fucking depressing. And that's coming from an introverted, antisocial motherfucker.

I'd blame the internet for making us interact with a bajillion strangers that we never feel anything for, but people deal with strangers in real life. Or maybe they don't anymore, because they can focus on their phones 90% of the time and ignore the world around them. I can't even blame it on sites encouraging people to build up "friends" lists, because my faith in humanity will drop to fucking zero if that many people don't understand that it's not literal.

I like fighting games, I have a tomboyish outfit and I have heavy bias towards male characters but at the same time, I like cute and wholesome things but that doesn't mean I need a label like demiboy or transmasc because I let my personality speak for itself.

• it's still not out yet

And yet, Sony trusted those retards to be one of the very first things the public would see, and mentally associate with the PlayStation 5. Like it's a game to get excited to play on your brand new $600 home video game console.

I think that the guy's right about the button prompt icons tbh. It's particularly useful for people that game on different platforms where the buttons are in different places (A/B, X/Y swap places between Xbox and Nintendo, Playstation has the X at the bottom etc).

Alright, I get the writer's part because when you watch the trailer it's clear the VA for Fang got her lines handed really fast and didn't have time to develop a "voice" for the character and thus she sounded very bored. But the animator part is where I tilt my head, the trailer clearly showed animations that were clearly supposed to be from the game..sooo...who in the hell made those then?

The suggestion makes little sense as it is, and more work usually needs to be done than just saying the button is in (X) position. A lot of games do wonky shit with converting inputs between gamepads, to the point the input might not even be in the same place unless you change bindings. Unless you're on console it does not work, because you essentially need only one controller on the system for someone new to games to be able to understand what it's saying.
