I fucking love me some kapsalon. It's an aluminium tray with fries underneath a layer of either kebab or shawarma topped with cheese, usually served with garlic sauce.

It tastes great but is so fattening you'll feel a lot of shame and guilt afterwards.

Fishballs. There are two kinds: fried fishballs which have a spongy texture and are usually served as snacks with a thick curry sauce, and white fishballs which have a unique bounce-between-your-teeth texture, best as accompaniments to soups and noodles. They're made from cheap fishes like cutlassfish, sauries, and small sharks.

Also deserving mention is fishball's MSG-laden relative: cuttlefish balls. These are not Japanese style Takoyaki (batter with a core of octopus), but are solid, meaty balls of pounded cuttlefish, sometimes with a small amount of pork and, usually, lots of MSG.
