If you're a cheese enthusiast, and you always eat crusts last, much like me, it doesn't matter, just as long as you bite into that cheese as soon as possible.
Grilled Cheese is my savior when the family drags me to some mediocre restaurant I don't want to be at. It's almost impossible to screw up. Just make sure they don't try anything "fancy". I once got a sandwich with this gnarled, burnt brown thing that was allegedly a bacon strip in it.
