Did a little reverse image searching based on the pic from that "How the hell is Grotesque getting laid" thread. It looks like he may have had a previous account on Lookism that was banned, UnattractiveFailure. They appear to believe he was truly a 'Chad' who had snuck in to troll. Either that or Grotesque re-used someone else's images from the forum.

I want to stress to people how dangerous piranha solution is. It is an extremely strong oxidizer and is very very dangerous. It is used in lab environments sparingly to clean stubborn organic subtances that acid and base baths won't. This stuff literally will eat away flesh at an alarming rate. This is not something you should wish on another person. This is unusually cruel.
