Wow, he should take some saw palmetto, and maybe some biotin supplements. That might help stop his hairline from receding a bit.

Or he could, you know, stop being a gross blob. That might work too.

For real. Sorry for the powerleveling, but I work in a health store that sells those supplements, and I dread to think what that man is deficient in.
