Well, technically speaking, that's half-true. Time for a lesson in tranny biology.

Body and facial hair aren't technically reduced by estrogen; they're stimulated by testosterone. So estrogen doesn't really effect them directly, but if the sex-hormone receptors can't get any testosterone because estrogen is blocking them, that will result in a reduction. However, the reduction will be minor and it will take time. On the other hand, if you take spironolactone, that's a testosterone blocker, so if Phil was taking that, it would result in a drastic reduction in body hair and even his facial hair would be thinner, not to mention he would probably have less of a receding hairline. And if he actually had his balls removed, this change would be even more drastic.

But we all know he still has his balls and Phil won't post any new pictures because if he did, we would all be able to tell from his physical appearance. As for the estrogen, he threw his pills away a while because.... autistic reasons, I guess. I don't expect he's replaced them or gone to one of those evil, cis, white doctors to get a new prescription.
