In the latest burst of Twitter activity, Chris complains to Cole that he was "unjustly handcuffed 5 times" in a bid for sympathy.

I'm just wondering about his claim of having been handcuffed five times. As of thus far, we know:

1.) Chris was detained by mall security in 2004 for loitering.
2.) Chris was detained by the police at Target in 2005.
3.) Chris was arrested for the Game Place incident on 28 October 2011.

So when were the other two occasions?

My theory is that Chris was re-handcuffed a couple of times after the 28th October incident while the police were moving him (from a holding cell to a solitary cell, etc.) However, Chris has had numerous run-ins with store security and the police throughout his adult life.

Does anybody have any info or theories that could clear this up?

5 times is only the UNJUST handcuffings, there could also be more legitimate handcuffings that he admits he had coming XD

I'm sure Coleslaw knows all about that. There's some bizarre scenarios he could tell you all about, if you got him drunk enough on overpriced beer.

I think you've pretty much answered your own question here. Chris is probably counting being moved from cell-to-cell as separate unjust cuffings. I can't imagine him concealing something as life-shakingly important as the Mayor of Cwcville being unjustly cuffed by jerkops-of-the-so-called-badge.

Doesnt he claim they handcuffed him to the ground when they recorded his screams years ago?

I think he claims they pinned his wrists and legs to the floor while he was pitching a hissy-fit. But who knows what counts as "handcuffing" in Chris's twisted psyche.

Something to consider... In the state of Virginia, a civilian (like a store security guard) may only legally detain another civilian if they had witnessed them commit a felony, or else they would be committing unlawful restraint. There's some wiggle room, however. If the detainee is eventually charged with only a misdemeanor, the person making the citizen's arrest may still be granted leeway if there enough of a public disturbance for a civilian to reasonably assume felonious conduct. Rarely are criminal charges brought up on unlawful restraint, in response to genuine breach of public peace without felony charges, but the civil liability remains.

Two of the know incidents (Fashion Square Mall and Get-Tar Region) didn't result in any known charges against Chris, so the security guards may have either violated his rights, law enforcement was remarkably gracious with Chris, or perhaps there's more to the story we don't yet know.

Chirst knows what Chris counts as handcuffing. Chris was in an accident in 2005 with his car but nothing indicates he was arrested (he probably wasn't in the loitering incident, either...). The CWCki also says the cops were called on him at the Game Place "a couple times". He mentions being harassed by mall cops for using the women's bathrooms. He made another charge on the Game Place in 2011, and police detained and questioned him in the parking lot.

Like GFYS said, security guards (unless they're off-duty cops moonlighting) usually won't handcuff a perpetrator unless they're a real threat (like GFYS said, a threat big enough to risk a civil suit over). Unless Chris was tardraging and they thought he was a threat to others or himself, or the rent-a-jerkops were off-duty jerkops, he shouldn't have been handcuffed just for loitering. Throwing a tantrum and threatening people, maybe, but not for loitering, unless mall security had LEO's on staff.

Given Chris's nature the Jerkops probably figured they were dealing with a retard so pressing any real charges would be a waste of their time.

I mean put your self in Baggets place. Your called in to deal with a supposed adult who starts verbal combat, curse-me-whateverdafucks and while calling you a dang dirty troll and screaming for his mommy What would you think to do?

I think it's just way more flabbergasting that he perfectly recalls every little time he was handcuffed. Every single unpleasant thing that ever occurred, no matter how long ago or where his life is now, is the worst thing ever and the universe owes him an exact debt for it. He talks about each occurrence of being handcuffed the way normal people talk about the times they had loved ones die, or the times a cop has been shot on duty or something. He really, truly believes that he deserves to be satisfied and without unpleasantness 100% of his existence.

If they really did handcuff him (and I agree with Bridechu, Chris might be embellishing or just stupid), Bagget would be oblgated to call police and press charges when he ḣands Chris off to him, otherwise he'd clearly be committing unlawful restraint and risk charges or civil liability. Bagget could change his mind, and let Chris go, but it's a gamble - though maybe a sensible gamble... Most folks might not want to pursue charges against security, because it would call attention to their own misconduct.

Perhaps the police did arrive, and decided there was no just cause to arrest Chris. After taking custody of Chris, he could immediately release him, and perhaps decide to also excuse Bagget. This often happens if the officer decides the incident was petty enough that neither of the offending parties deserve to be penalized (usually called a wash), or it's the end of the just don't want to deal with it (often at the end of their shifts).

Personally, I think it's not unreasonable to assume some folks could be threatened by Chris, including security guards. We know he's an impotent weakling, but to everyone else he's an adult male that could weigh in excess of 300 lbs. (if he had any muscle), carrying a bag filled with unknown items, acting suspiciously, and possibly wearing a disguise (tomgirl or Ernie shirts). Perhaps he flails or gets loud when throwing his tantrum, which could be more threatening. Also, most folks would have no idea what he has in his ḣands is a video game system (Vita or DS) or two Apple products duct taped together, instead seeing it as a weapon. I wouldn't fault a security guard for treating him as a potential threat, because they otherwise would have no idea what a pathetic worthless coward Chris is. As such, I assume that's why most of these events ended without either party being charged - both parties were excusable.

He slipped out of the handcuffs the first 4 times like a greased pig. Then they hosed him down and the fifth time was the charm.

Well, to be fair to Chris, I'd be pretty traumatized if I got arrested. But that's because I've never been in trouble with the law before. *yawn*

Bagget's an actual police officer, though. The Target managers did the right thing by contacting police and having Baggett arrest Chris so that there wouldn't be a question about unlawful detainment. Which is one reason he was probably let off from the Fashion Square jerkops with a quasi-ban.

I worked in loss prevention for a retailer very briefly, and we were actually allowed to use handcuffs in our state if we felt that the detained individual was a threat to ourselves or others. I can see Chris 'tard raging and getting handcuffed on those grounds by the mall's loss prevention on those grounds.

i'll bet that being handcuffed is particularly unpleasant for Chris, given that he's got that super-sensitivity to stuff touching his bare skin.

It would be my guesss that Chris's actions were a little bit past the mana jerks comfort level, which is saying a lot. Just think what a manager of a McDonalds in a Target sees in his average week. In their attempts to control or direct Chris out of the building they lay their (filthy) hands on his sacred person causing Chris to flip right out. Hence the Dogpile.

Just think what it would take to make 4 adults jump onto a man-child. I would reckon it be a lot.

I would kill to watch that security tape.

So would I. But two years later, I think the shock would've worn off for you or me. Chris still fumes over it like it was yesterday. His rage is the only thing about him that knows no entropy.
