Looks like it's lip filler, Botox in the forehead, some weight loss, lash extensions, and too-prominent eyebrows. She may have done something to her nose or it's just a little off due to contouring/highlighting makeup.

It's sad that so many otherwise attractive or presentable women feel pressured to do this to themselves and really believe it looks good. I agree that Lauren has aged herself a good five to 10 years with these cosmetic procedures.

Which begs the question, why attempt to come back at all? Especially into political commentary. Maybe she could've tried a travelogue or cooking channel or something and it would have worked, but not neutered, unchallenging political content. She's trying to get her old popularity back without any of the old controversy. She wants to take the content that made her edgy and gave her an audience in 2016, water it down into a "safe" version and still draw the same crowd. Of course it's not going to work.

That her looks have taken a significant downturn certainly won't help her either. Yeah, she's not hideous, but her audience is naturally going to compare her now to 2016 Lauren. Liking how she looks less is going to compound them disliking her change in political position. Maybe not fair, but that's how people work.
