Yeah. Phil watches these forums constantly and it probably forces him to be a bit more aware of how little time has passed since he last made a suicide threat or claim rape. He's emotionally manipulative but also stupid as fuck so he won't learn anything from it. It's not making him realize his behavior is bad, just that he needs to space his shit out a bit more. He's getting less visible asspats on Facebook too. Maybe they're afraid they'll get a lolcalf thread or maybe ADF's whining is just background noise to them now. Either way it's funny to see him desperately tag people for comments.

Somewhat? Phil has noticeably made fewer threats and allegations on Facebook since they started but he will occasionally try to imply that he might be getting in the mood to kill himself thinking that's enough to get around the timers and still get his asspats. I think the timers have also encouraged him to squeal transmisogyny more to get the responses he craves.
