No need to because it isnt going anywhere lol. all you need is a programthat can play swf files or a browser that has it or best of all a program like flashpoint like others have said. People acting like it is dying are all either alarmists or redditors who have never actually played a flash game other than run 3 and just want upvotes.
Eh, I tried playing Nanaca Crash using Ruffle in Chrome on the Macbook Pro and it's playable but it has serious issues such as the start screen music loop still playing when you start the game (until the end of the loop), the background music only playing until the end of the loop, sound effects but no voices, and the positioning of the distance, height, and record numbers, plus you can't select the quality or sound options in the menu.
Flash games got me through some tough times when all I had to play games with was a modded PSP with the ability to play SWF files locally. Sure I had like a half dozen actual PSP titles, but Flash games were free and there were always a lot of them.
I hope Adobe sells Flash to someone who will keep it up. I know that's optimistic but frankly I think it's worth preserving. I'd even be willing to donate money to help fund it's continuation.

The Submachine games were fun to click around in. I'll miss them.

I've been hearing different takes on Flash dying. Some people are saying that Flash in general is dying on the 12th of January whilst others are saying that only the plugin will be affected and that the standalone debuggers and projectors have been tested past the EOL date (via calendar settings) and they run fine.

call me retarded but can't you still use flash, it just will not be patched and updated anymore (eol)??
We don’t know, but either way if you download Flashpoint - it comes with multiple versions of Flash projectors that should avoid the killswitch. It’s just a matter of how far back you need to go.
eh doesn't matter i uninstalled flash months ago and haven't had any website require it
