Especially to hot wheels who does not even live in America. You are already pushing it with people not living in the same state but the moment you start crossing international borders you definitely need to file in Federal Court. All Hot Wheels has to coherently do is file a motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction. He can probably pay some Texas lawyer 1400 bucks to do it. As an American citizen who resides abroad, Fredrick is in a really good position to defeat jurisdictional arguments from federal court. Diversity Jurisdiction for federal court only applies to citizens of other nations and citizens of other US states. He's a US citizen so diversity jurisdiction fails there, and he's not a resident of any other US state since he lives in the fucking Phillipines, so federal courts will just shrug their shoulders and be like "whelp, good luck suing him somewhere else".

That's all very true except I'm sure he gets SSI and iirc you have to be present in the USA to keep getting the government checks. Think about it, the government isn't going to give out free money to every retard in the world (not yet anyway), you have to be a citizen and prove you meet the conditions for getting it. Social Security Disability is different and in most cases you can live abroad and still get benefits but SSD is based on your earnings and I doubt Frederick's ever had enough earnings in his lifetime to accumulate a decent SSD award.

I'm sorry, it's hard coming up with words to respond to that. So, either they taught him it was okay to break the law, or they failed to teach him that he shouldn't break the law.
