Someone has been using my name to sign up for websites and ordering products to on sell (similar to amway).
I live in Japan and the language barrier with the police has stopped me from reporting it correctly.

If you guys have some pointers or suggestions that would help me find information from an email address it would be a helpful addition to my report.
