Why is anyone surprised by this, Trump was withdrawing troops from Iraq as a campaign stunt If he was going to actually pull of the region, he would've done it long ago instead of doing retarded agitation with Iran, occupying oil in Syria, or just moving the troops to neighboring countries like he did with KSA and Kenya. All of the shit about military convoys going into Syria happened under Trump too. Blame it on Trump and the GOP for doing nothing but saber rattle about China and Russia for four years.

We're never going to leave these places.
Did you miss the article posted here where one of the glowies/spooks/whoevers there admitted he was intentionally fucking around with paperwork to make it look like those guys had gotten moved out? And before you go "Trump should have known!" yes, technically he should have. Buck stops there after all. But when you have the guy who's supposed to double-check your shit helping you sign off on it because Deep State bullshit, actually following up becomes quite difficult. Half of those guys (on the low end) got to where they were by making inconvenient facts disappear in dark holes all with a few forms being filed.

Ok, but did Trump do anything about it when the news came out? Did he fire Pompeo or fucking anyone in his own foreign policy cabinet? Did he talk shit about James Jeffrey on twitter? Did he do anything to complain about this on the news, on twitter, on anywhere? Did he do ANYTHING of tangible note to actually solve this problem other than making some tweets about lowering troop numbers (which just shoot right the fuck back up after an election)? Even when that piece of news came out, did he he pull out?

No, he didn't do anything about it. Even if he did knew what was going, he wouldn't care unless it makes Bibi or MBS happy. He hired James Jeffrey, Mike Pompeo, Elliot Abrams, Brian Hook, fuckin' John Bolton. He was the one who promised to get us out of Syria then cucked out because he was scared about his own sorry ass re-election chances that Bitch McConnell threatened. Dolan Heights, agitation with Iran, trying gay ops in Venezuela and Bolivia, and vetoing a bill to cut off support in a fucking genocide in Yemen that we're helping so he can sell equipment for money that doesn't go anywhere but the MIC. All of that shit is on him, no amount of "Deep state and Kushner is preventing him!" is going to change that he had the ability to do something, could've known something, and then does nothing.

That is all on Trump. He may not have started a war, but he sure as shit perpetuated them and did nothing to end them.

They kind of already do. Anytime you mention that Democrats legit were the party I’d slavery you get a loooong bullshit speech about “but ackshually they switched beliefs so still racist”.
But actually that’s basically true? That the Democrats were the “Jeffersonian” party of the pre-Progressive Era and the Republicans the “Hamiltonians,” and then both had wings of both in the Progressive Era (ie Hamiltonian Teddy Roosevelt (R) and Hamiltonian Woodrow Wilson (D)), but the Republicans ended up as the Jeffersonians of the modern era?

“muh Democrats were slavers over a hundred years ago” is some of the gayest rhetoric you can sling and makes Republicans look like retards to people who have learned even high school tier political history.

Most people aren’t just trying to make a blanket statement about values and beliefs 100 years ago, what we’re pointing out is the legitimate attempt at retconning history. We obviously understand it’s more complicated than “muh slavery 100 years ago” and “but muh switch”, we’re typically pointing out that the history of our 2 parties is quite diverse, different, and has been as ever changing as the people holding the beliefs. People who point that out tend to want to discuss the fact that a lot of the democratic party’s values and beliefs are rooted in a pretty hostile racism, it’s just evolved/ is evolving from OVERT racism (slavery, systemic oppression, segregation) to COVERT racism (the racism of low expectations, attempting to secure aid for one demographic at the expense of another-just as needy demographic; see African Americans vs immigrants; encouraging programs that put certain groups at a disadvantage). That, to me, is where a big part of the discussion and the relevance of pointing out the historical racism of the (typically far) left.

Untrue, U.S forces destroyed large caches of mustard and chlorine gas as well as lab equipment typically used to enrich and propagate anthrax spores. The News media retconned the term "weapon of mass destruction" to mean only nuclear weapons and nothing else because they desperately wanted to smear Bush as a delusional retard who found nothing.

I'll preface this by saying that I thought Bush was an utterly shit president who fucked up the country/economy but saying the U.S found nothing in Iraq is objectively not true. Saddam was an utter monster who had large chemical weapon caches. His brother was nicknamed chemical Ali for fucks sake.
Now i got to ask whats your hottake on syria and the suposed chemical weapons there?

This is why I say the only way to deal with the left is via scorched earth and mutual self immolation.

Well if you were to take most Democrats position the presence of AK47 is confirmation that weapons of mass destruction were present in Iraq.

The take is pure autism. The Iraq war was a genocidal act committed by lunatics drunk on their own hubris. Biden was always going to re-start the forever wars, if he goes full Hillary we'll be at war with Russia within the year. Expect no fly zones, re-arming of 'freedom fighters', false flag chemical weapon outrages. The Obama administration was planning to replace Assad with a compliant Sunni regime dominated by the Muslim Brotherhood. Build the Qatar to Turkey pipeline, siphon of billions. The Biden Presidency is the third term of the Obama WH, that's clear.

The media will go full press in selling a Syrian intervention, but I doubt it will work. Ruin is the type of NPC who will go along with this because programming, but the majority will not.

Maybe this is some 6D game to crash the economy and force young people to join the military for an education and financial support. But I still can't feel sorry for anyone signing up for the forever wars now that the mask is completely off. I wish we could bring our girls and boys back while sending the dreamer furries and troons that take up space. You're potentially throwing your life away for a government that doesn't even have to pretend to care anymore. We have virtually no progress in support for veterans while setting up multitudes of programs for retards crying about being called a tranny on the internet. You could jump on a grenade to save one of these pigroaches and they'd still spit on your corpse. It's not worth it, man.

The first Lady gave them cookies.

Instead of having them stay in a building designed for people, instead of a parking garage. They got cookies, so everything is good now. That makes up for the troops putting up with conditions worse that third world counties.

I would have loved to hear their honest reactions. What an extremely condenscending thing to do.

100% the suicide bombings were CIA, just like how they bankrolled 'the White Helmets' (Al Qaeda) which faked the 2 gas attacks in Syria. We already know the US has trained/armed Al Qaeda in like 5 different countries (due to their 'rebel' status fighting against assad/houthis/whoever).

If they were an actual terrorist organization, they'd use the Trump troop drawdowns to expand their territory with little resistance. Instead, they sit on their asses for 4 years, then suddenly re-emerge when President Raytheon gets in? Please.

Anyone who reads past "ISIS's first major attack since January 2017" and doesn't question things is a retarded fag.

Whether or not Saddam had chemical & radiological weapons is irrelevant, the Iraq War was a mistake regardless of whether or not they were there.

That being said chimping about "muh stability" is fake and gay, and it makes you no different than the twats who cry foul about Assad's tactics or the Saudis in Yemen.

Well if you were to take most Democrats position the presence of AK47 is confirmation that weapons of mass destruction were present in Iraq.
Basically this.
Sarin gas rockets apparently aren't WMD's but the US's use of White Phosphorous in Fallujah or fucking cluster munitions are somehow unholy war crimes.

The fact that there was a SECOND war in Iraq is only due to Bush Sr. deciding to pull out before the job was finished.
Bush Sr. pulled out exactly when the job was finished. The job was to liberate Kuwait. We, and the rest of the coalition, were VERY concerned about being drawn into a quagmire. This was our first real war since Vietnam, and there was real doubt that we could fight a war without getting sucked into an unwinnable situation. Bush Sr. stuck to his LOA, met his declared goals, and didn't allow mission creep.

The "didn't go far enough" narrative was pushed by Neo-Cons and Democrats to weaken him. It sucked for the Kurds, but I think the second Iraq war has vindicated his actions.

Doing the right thing is naturally the wrong thing for politicians. Bush Sr lost his 2nd term to some faggot Clinton.

Hmm, if we had taken down Saddam in the Gulf War, then we wouldn't have put the military in Saudi Arabia to enforce the No Fly Zone, then bin Laden wouldn't have been upset about our military being stationed in Saudi Arabia, and then his Al-Qaeda wouldn't have flown airplanes into the World Trade Center.

Those with connections to the Second Battle of Fallujah discuss the Middle East in media and mistrust of the US military, and ask who the game will actually ask players to empathize with.
