It probably will also be helpful from a neo con POV to have US forces constraining Iranian allied militias and US forces on Iran's border. Turkey in times past could play that role, almost mimicking how that land was fought over between Rome and Persia, but not now with the unstable Erdogan of a 1000 rooms (his palace in Ankara has that).
Dude, my 'dogan ain't unstable just balding and very passionate with his leadership so he needs those 1000 rooms.

He's just stressed from having to lead Turkey, german Turkey and the city formerly known as Constantinople.

(Being able to vote from germany to turkey is bullshit)

only if all the troops are trans, poc, genderfluid whatevers. If forever wars involved sending off the average twitter user off to some sand covered shithole, I'd become the biggest damn neocon warhawk on the planet.
You know that they'll try to keep the troons back in the safe bases and send the grunts in the grinder. How many purple hearts does one get for dilating in a warzone?

Anyone in support of a war should have to either go themselves or send one of their children, and be on the front lines, on the ground. No exceptions, not even for illnesses, the feeble can be used as decoys. And they should get an extra tax. If you feel strongly enough that people should be sent to kill brown people and potentially die, and that our government should spend trillions on it, that its that important, then you should have skin and money in the game. I know, I know, its a very hateful violent Nazi opinion to have.

Just start an anti War movement. "Biden, stop killing Brown people..." Antifa would have a mental breakdown.
Nah, they'd claim its "mostly peaceful liberation" or "fighting nazis (Who happen to not be white, but if a black guy can be leader of the 'white supremacist' Proud Boys, why can't Middle Easterners be Nazis?)". People always do mental gymnastics to justify their hypocrisies. Cognitive dissonance is too strong.

I'm going to place a very autistic bet that U.S. forces will be deploying to Central Africa in an "advisory role" in the near future.

This but unironically.
The only thing I would add is that in this hypothetical :optimistic: scenario the US waive it's "you lose your citizenship if you fight for a foreign army" clause; provided the foreign army isn't an enemy of the US.
Are you fucking serious? Has the USA EVER did a fucking SLBM test launch like this? Seriously, I'm scared cause how fucking long has it been since we did this shit? Since the 60's? Fuck.
I'm pretty sure an Ohio SSBN launched one in 2018 somewhere off the coast of Hawaii IIRC.
It was definitely an Ohio-class sub and definitely the Pacific, though.

This isn't that unusual.

I've read in multiple places that tech moguls are extremely interested in "environmentalism" in Africa-- and you know that means taking over their resources. One of the ways they've already weaseled into some countries there is via offering to provide internet access without charging their governments. It's all about profit, however, they don't really care about bettering the lives of the people who actually live there.

I wouldn't be shocked if the US were somehow deployed there for "advisory" reasons.

Those with connections to the Second Battle of Fallujah discuss the Middle East in media and mistrust of the US military, and ask who the game will actually ask players to empathize with.
