We have been for decades.I've read in multiple places that tech moguls are extremely interested in "environmentalism" in Africa-- and you know that means taking over their resources. One of the ways they've already weaseled into some countries there is via offering to provide internet access without charging their governments. It's all about profit, however, they don't really care about bettering the lives of the people who actually live there.
I wouldn't be shocked if the US were somehow deployed there for "advisory" reasons.
Think back, that right after Trump took office, a SOCOM operation with AFRICOM that was planned and authorized under Barry-O went bad and some guys got killed.
The left and the news acted like 1st Marine got wiped out.
Then there was another cockup about 2 years ago, and another last year.
Last year was when it was revealed that traitors in the Pentagon had lied to the President's face about troop deployments and operations.
But they were #TheResistance so nothing happened.
