Same here, dude. I was in high school during W's years, and in my town which was near a big city there were frequent anti-war protests in the 2000's. People marched with signs that had Bush with a Hitler mustache, and they carried around fake coffins that said "RIP Democracy, 1776-2003" and shit. A lot of my classmates were stoners and various flavors of Leftists who swore up and down that Bush was Hitler, blood =/= oil, Michael Moore was Jesus, and that Saddam was a good boi who dindu nuffin. Witnessing those same people 20 years later ridin' with Biden to glass the Middle East for freedom truly makes me feel puzzled. Were all of those Michael Moore documentaries a farce? Were all of those shitty System of a Down, Ministry, and Rage Against the Machine anti-war songs done in vain? God, it's so fucking weird.
