Holy shit lady, take the god damn hint. America as a whole doesn't want someone as corrupt and unlikable as you running the show. I mean, give me a break, that's gonna be three times of trying to become president, how much more failure can your ego take?

As much of a tool he is, at least Al Gore had the decency to fuck off when he lost in 2000.

She needs to shit or get off the pot for ballot access, debate participation, etc. There's supposed to be a press conference this 16th of October. Endorsement is most likely, possibly of Warren, followed potentially with her signing on as VP with Warren. The funniest thing would be her announcing her own candidacy. In American politics, betting on funny seems like a decent bet, too.

I don't buy the endorsement or VP slot theories.
This HRC we're talking about here.
She's gonna go right for the grand prize.
She can't wait for Warren to suffer a tragic weight lifting accident on January 22nd 2021.
And besides it'd go down in the history books that she won as someones sidekick instead of winning it all for herself.
Of course in reality her third run will be an even more of a disaster than 2016 and as fucked as the Dems are now this would be the only thing that could make things worse than they already are but she doesn't care.
This is her Hail Mary and doomed to fail as it is, she's probably going to go for it.

Fuck me, this undying lich-queen just hasn't done enough damage to the Democratic Party for one lifetime, has she?

You know, a decade later, a certain late polemicist still captures my feelings on HRC very, very well:

"It still divides us, as to between those of us who think that a job must be found for Hillary Clinton, that the country would be somehow disgraced if she wasn't in an important position, and those of us WHO COULD DO WITHOUT HER."

I personally don't think she will run again. It's more of a PR spin to probably test the waters and see what happens with the general public. She's not popular in the DNC and despite the amount of power she still has over the party in general I don't believe she has quite enough to stitch up the nomination as easily like last time.

If she was to run again, it would probably be precipitated on who ever is apparent to win the Dems nomination.
If it's a weak candidate, and lets face it the Dem's geriatric or otherwise don't really have any stand out candidates thus far, then Hilary might exercise her power in order to nab the nomination from a weaker opponent.

That said I think she'd set herself up for failure, it's better for her to try and fund someone like Warren and rule through proxy then directly go for the presidency again, but then again her ego is so big that's the only reason she'd ever want the job.

The democratic candidates suck this election - Hillary, hilariously enough, might be their best option, and I can't see her as the kind of person who learns from her mistakes.

Tulsi is unironically not a bad candidate, but that just means she's completely unelectable as a democrat. Trump should swap out pence for her.

All of them, even the meme candidates, are an improvement over Hillary in terms of winning the election. When your own party spent most of 2017 asking you repeatedly to please shut up, you're not helping, being the candidate again = turnout problems.

A bipartisan ticket that the candidates' respective party establishments hate, would this be the true radical Centrist ticket?

It's useful to keep in mind that Beto's brand name was completely fabricated in the mid-terms to get him ready for 2020. He hasn't actually done anything at all, he's a failure at everything and a pretend mexican.

None of the candidates you mentioned on the shortlist have Hillary's double whammy of both not presenting any new ideas and also having proven they couldn't win at the national level. There are candidates who share her problem of wanting to roll back to the old way of doing things, there are candidates who have outlandishly far-left ideas that won't resonate in the general, but there are no candidates who share her record of losing a national campaign where she outspent her opponent almost 2:1.

Every one of them. We already know Hillary can't beat Trump and most of the country hates her guts.

If she does it's going to be very late when Biden has been humiliated because of his proximity to the Ukraine nonsense, and because Pocahontas' lies keep coming up and more and more come up. She'll join in when D morale is at a serious, serious low, and they're looking around for a "new" candidate. Like, midsummer or something.
I would've said "no" a month ago, but, in that time we've had all three front-runners end up teetering on the brink of electoral annihilation, arguably, Bernie went over the edge when his black, socialist heart gave out.... but Biden is just barely treading water above the filling ocean of scandal that, ironically, was unleashed by the Dems trying to down Trump with Ukraine collusion, and Warren can't go more than 5 minutes without lying about something bad happening to her that was the fault of her being a poor pregnant Indian woman in Rich White Man's World (tm), Hillary might be the only one electable by writ of her skeletons all being known at this point..... not that she'd win, but I can see how a party in turmoil may give her the green light because "What the Hell? They laughed at Trump's longshot, right? They said Dewy would defeat Truman, right? "

Hillary could easily win if she'd run again, even with the clownshow the DNC is putting on right now - she already got the majority vote, and would have won if they'd focused on treating Trump seriously in an effort to drive up their own voter participation and not with ridicule in an attempt to demoralise Trump voters (and in a roundabout way giving themselves false confidence, which effectively negated their push to get people to vote ie ads with celebs directed at youth, Obama campaigning for her etc etc)

Trump barely eked out a victory - it was a thing of beauty in itself, but it hinged on a lot things going right for him and a lot of things going wrong for Hildawg; he'd have to repeat it, I don't think he has the room to

come next round, the demokkkrats would come out in numbers never seen before, while Trump's support has floundered and all his genuine, grassroots support type have been pushed underground through censorship and the tightened control on social media + with him having exposed himself as a false white messiah, whose campaign was essentially a huge bluff by means of exaggerating the typical racial rhetoric Repubs engage in come election time to spin their white voting base, but then do not back up with action

meaning there's no point putting in the work to get past censorship to get the message out - the message is dead

the US has already lost the demographics war, it's just that the Democrat establishment has trouble getting its constituency to the booths, they're not exactly known for doing their civic duty lmao

that's just Hillary, though - any other half-decent and presentable Democrat would mop the floor with Trump so bad that even the pinkhats would pity the man (Warren, RIP Bernie, Tulsi), but they seem too focused pushing the proven DNC/establishment lackeys with no appeal rather than those unknowables with wider appeal - Warren is a compromise they'd be comfortable with and is a sort of a Hildawg without the baggage
