Head of the SS, executioner of the Holocaust, Reichsminister of the Police and the Interior, tried to sell out Hitler and killed himself to avoid trial.

Lavrentji Pavlocïc Berija
(1899-1953) Head of the Soviet NKVD, Stalin's right hand man, supervisor of countless purges and deportation and the Atomic bomb project, serial rapist.
Briefly succeeded Stalin after his death but got overthrow in a coup by Krushev and got killed/executed.
