The third trait is it will find a way to defy attempts to classify it. It will seek to destroy established dictomonies and identities and replace them with something else. China did this. Ccp didn't care if someone was left or right. They only cares who can be bought and controlled. They took the established dictomony and replaced it with a new one.
It will achieve it's goals via corruption and bribery. 9/11 was an attempt to crash the american economy via destroying the twin towns. A center of finance. The master mind behind this in return was hunted down by the us military over the next decade. The 2008 recession was due to fraud an implosion of the world economy. I know a few people who committed suicide. The result? Bailouts. So if someone wants to win they're going focus on using corruption to bring down opposition. So once again crime

Without leaders a movement doesn't have staying power. Yet in american history every effective leader who caused reformed got snapped in some way or form.

It won't seek to reclaim america. It will seek to fragment america or try to break away from america. Also look at successful automonous zones, no go zones and enclaves. Places that are forsaken (such as detroit) or extremely remote. That where the next hitler will come from
It will an anti universalism.
It will give one set rules for followers and allow open game on outsiders. So tribalistic? Might be full ubi and stuff for members and nothing for outsiders. Full viking mode. Rape outsiders women but death penalty for those who harm fellow members.

So yeah. Whatever matches those traits will probably be where our next hitler will come from.
Two more possible traits.
The movement will be anti tech. Silicon valley is the headquarters of woke. To be able to fight back will mean any reactionary will want to make society more technologally primitive.

When I signed up many people scolded me for my views. Only to see in real time over a year to see farmers say shit like "I don't care any more. I want it all to burn" become more common. It's not just on the farms either.
The very worst it will be full blown trying to cause human extinction, or armageddon via nuclear war (or other means). The moderate types of nihilism will be scorched earth, vandalism, sabotage or suicide attacks. The very least crime and full on non compliance.
So the new right might have a self destructive or doomer bend
The final trait to look for is when you see a right wing movement be able to gain the obedience and loyalty of the traditionally rejected. Hitler had his brownshirts. It was filled with gays, criminals and other society society historically considers taboo.

Stalin was the Napoleon of the 20th century, not Hitler. Hitler was in power for just over a decade, got too greedy, and led his country into ashes. Stalin ruled over half the world's population by 1950, actually subordinating other world leaders under his influence, including the immense Chinese population. Hitler was an extraordinary figure, but not the "Great Man" of the 20th century since he was too retarded to grasp geopolitics.

Except for the part where Napoleon lost in the end and spent the rest of his life dying of arsenic poisoning on a tiny speck of land in the South Atlantic. He was also only in power for barely 20 years, not much longer than Uncle Adolf, but just like Uncle Adolf he left his country an utter fucking wreck with some of the worst demographics in Europe because so many young men suffered from critical lead poisoning. Not as bad as Germany admittedly, at least the anti-Napoleon forces didn't occupy the country for decades and ethnically cleanse the population so France did rise again.

For a variety of reasons I think Xi Jinping is the next. Full control of a powerful country that “rose from the ashes,” nothing others can do really except appease. Yeah, he is not a mirror image of Stalin/Hitler/Napoleon, but he is the modern day equivalent. I don’t see an argument for anyone else.

Xi Jinping and Kim Jong Un are the closest we have to the next Hitlers. The former has concentration camps for people he hates, and the latter is authoritarian to the tee. They might not be white nor German, but they are some real bad motherfuckers.
As much as it may seem Paul Miller might become the next Hitler, he still has too many morals. Despite his nationalist/racist/etc. views, he has restraint around the young and vulnerable. He has moments of humanity that a Hitler-esque figure wouldn't really have.
