Question though, any thoughts why actresses dont seem to make it and get famous/well known anymore until they are around their 30's(around the wall-/pol/). We absolutely dropdead gorgeous actresses in their teens and early 20's from the start of movies until around the 80's. What changed?

Digital vs. Film is going to be the big difference. Nowadays you can get a consumer grade digital camera that produces a picture substantially similar to a commercial movie. But back in the day, picture quality was often dictated by the camera, film and film processing you were able to afford. Small budget films back in the day are going to look substantially different from big budget films because they simply couldn't afford the best cameras, film stock or film processing.

Agreed, that is a big part of it. Technology has leaped light years ahead of where we were then. Think VHS tape vs. Blu-Ray. I got nostalgic and decided I was going to watch some of the hundreds of VHS tapes I have boxed in the garage. Hooked up the Sony player to my big screen Samsung, hit play... it was atrocious. So much for that experiment! Old cathode ray TVs were more forgiving, but in this age of UHD 4k LED definition, you can practically spot a zit on a gnat's ass.

But back to the booty-ful women.
Am I the only one that thought Jessica Alba was (and still pretty much is) a total smoke show? Oh baby... Sin City!
