If it's just the toxin you're after, you can buy Castor Bean seeds from the garden center. Very similar effect, but less concentrated and arguably safer to handle. Ricin is at its best when inhaled or injected. Ingestion is far less efficient due to digestion. Bonus: The seeds are quite pretty.
I'm sure you can find Rosary Pea lookalike glass beads online too, if you just want the pretty colors.

i am unaware of any toxin you speak of...
i am however more interested in the speed of the plants, the higher danger does not concern me. the more potent the seed to the environment, the better,
if you know you know.
