Edit: I feel like a lot of you assume i want him stopped or something, without really reading this fully, so let me make this clear. I don't personally want him to stop, i don't really give a shit what happens to him, i just found his situation to be unique, as everything he did would essentially ruin any other e-celeb. This isn't some elaborate planning on how to finally get rid of the evil DSP. This is just some dumb shit i threw together in a few minutes.
Throughout the many years of terrorizing the internet with his godawful let's plays and ineptitude, DSP has been "going strong" for close to a full decade now. He's garnered so much resentment through his mere existence, that a whole industry has spawned on both youtube and twitter, producing daily videos shitting on every vowel that comes out of his mouth. The flow of criticism and just outright shitting on him has been very consistent ever since TIHYDPs exploded in popularity, and arguably throughout the entirety of his online and FGC presence. But what's strange about his case, is that all this criticism is steadily decreasing in effectiveness. Right now, he is still able to own two properties, make 6 digits yearly, have two cars, and consistently keep a dedicated fanbase, who will sooner go homeless than have him work in a real job for one more day in his life. He is never quite held fully accountable for the dumb shit he does and says.
Hence, there appears to be a particular air of invincibility around DSP. He is a person who:
-Turned a twitch permaban into a 1 day suspension
-Got away with threatening to punch a 11 year old
-Subverted a google adsense permaban, despite the evidence of him breaking the very clear rules still being available to see on the same site
-Got away with jacking off on stream and denial that would ruin any other streamer's career for good
-Has been called nearly every negative adjective in the English dictionary, and probably some other languages
-Pissed off countless rabid fanbases
-Many many other things that i couldn't be fucked to remember, but would easily ruin any other content creator
So i made this shitty thread out slight curiosity and because i'm just fucking bored.
What do you think could realistically end such a person's career? And i don't meant that in an A-loggy way, as if i'm speculating on how to pull some grand gay op on him. This is just for fun, and a bit of analysis on the whole autistic vortex sorrounding DSP, with factors such as his autistic fanbase, deeply-autistic "hatebase" and just the whole current state of things that lets him be where he is now.
Kind of like a hypothetical scenario, given all the shit he's gotten away with so far.
