How to deal with tube tits? - Cut them off, augmentation or keep the ugly useless things?

Hello my fellow kiwis!

A friend of mine (true cis woman) has tube tities. Since she is pretty active, she thought about lying being a FTM just to get the tit chop. She isn't very interested putting implants because she thinks it might be a nuisance during sports (and needs revision surgeries). Or keeping the sorry ugly things and pray it might not kill an erection and produce more than a few drops of milk when needed.

Please, my comrades. Help my friend with your infinite wisdom!

All the options listed result in scars (if other people's minds count). Might as well go for an augmentation or small enlargement to show for the scars and money. As far as the sports hard to say without knowing size, but sports bras exist for a reason and they work.

only serious problem with tube tits is low milk, but none of the surgery options (implants or amputation) can change that

other than that it's just a minor cosmetic issue, which imo is not worth getting surgery unless she's pursuing a career in pornography

well, she shan't worry about that at all, if anything say that many men would like her tube tits without hassle but that requires carefully probing the guys. if you can, tell her to provide picture for us to analyze her tube tits, they sort of aren't a medical problem but can be "fixed" if you take a look at madonna.

I really am being serious, if you want guys to make as serious a judgement as whether you’re gonna chop off or augment tits, we need to see the actual deal, this isn’t something you can really guess at.

Assuming you want serious advice, that’s my serious advice, if she’s considering chopping them off then it shouldn’t be that big of a deal to show them, should it?

If she's gonna chop them, she might as well get a slight augmentation. It will make her boobs more round.
And going the trans route is dumb if you're not serious.. doc's will put her on hormones first.
