I think someone may have said this earlier, but it wouldn't shock me if Gawker "leaked" this footage to the Enquirer as if to say "Well, if he's gonna take us down, we'll just take him with us".

Supposedly, this material is sealed, so whoever leaked it just committed criminal contempt. It's pretty obvious Hulk wouldn't have leaked this potentially career-ending shit.

I suppose it's possible there's an alternate source or some court-related person who hates both sides.

It just isn't that huge a leap to look at Gawker as the lead suspect on this one.
