If it was only slightly pink you're probably fine. The problem will be if any portion of the meat remained uncooked. As in felt like raw meat.

It's less to do with color than it is with texture. Cooked meat has a cooked meat texture. Raw meat is actually kind of disgusting.

As long as the texture felt cooked then it's fine.

Salmonella starts to hit you usually next day. It will be 3-4 days of you actually thinking you are going to die.

Was it smoked? My business partner used to run a BBQ joint and retards would write neg reviews complaining that the ribs that were smoked for 12 hours were pink and didn't realize that it was smoke rings.
