Still hasn't taken the time to get Twinkie's nails trimmed. The thing about Amber and her animals is she thinks just cuddling with them and baby talking them makes her a good pet owner. What makes a good pet owner is taking them to the vet when they're sick, or taking them to the groomer so their claws don't get too long and they develop painful arthritis in their paws. I'm sure it's painful for Twinkie to walk now. I don't think Amber has ever gotten her claws trimmed because she doesn't do it herself and she didn't even know how much it costs to get it done professionally until just recently. So yeah, Twinkie, I'm sure, is in a lot of pain. And that's bullshit. Animals need more than just cuddles and baby talk. They rely on you for their care and upkeep. If you can't do that, don't have them.
