Yeah it's definitely dry shampoo. She sprays it on nasty greasy unwashed hair and doesn't even brush it through so it sticks like that at the surface. There's probably a couple layers especially right at the hairline so it looks silvery/grey. It looked like that before in another video and people made the same comments.

You know what's a fun thing to think about?

We know she won't lose weight BUT even if she did, her face would look like absolute shit. We've all seen how morbidly obese people age once they've lost weight.
I imagine she'd look around 15 years older if she got down to a healthy weight. Normally people her size have soft looking, stretched out skin on their face because of the fat but hers looks awful and wrinkly even now, it'd be so much worse if she was thin.

I think that she was denied surgery and now is looking for the next best thing. Amber always looks for an easy fix and if she cannot get surgery, why not a detox. I don't recall ever hearing him mentioning doing a 'detox, ' as he doesn't seem the type to endorse a lot of pseudoscience-y stuff. However, I don't really watch his livestreams (he had been doing a lot of those recently) so I can't say for 100% sure.

Edit:Although he absolutely has been emphasizing therapy and in-patient counseling whenever he directs a video at Amber, so he doesn't seem big on woo.

Absolutely not his style at all. He reached out to ALR a very long time ago, as in about three years ago. He had most recently claimed he wouldn't even try to deal with her, and that the only thing that would work for her is inpatient therapy.

She's in the hands of a shark again. Like @Turd Fergusson, I suspect she's hit another brick wall (aka creditable surgeon) who won't just take her cash in return for removing 80-90% of her stomach.

This is for Amber, and some you here. Psychiatrists are doctors. They go to medical school. They do a general medical education and then specialize in psychiatry, just like any other medical specialist. Psychiatrists can diagnose and prescribe medication, but they often don't really go more in depth in the diagnosis like a neuropsychology expert would with a full psych eval.
Psychiatrists are not trained to do therapy.

People really need to stop getting psychiatrist and psychologist mixed up.

I hear that alot... when couples go to therapy the narcissist can be so good they convince the therapist the partner is an abuser or the crazy one. so AL could convince her therapist her viewers are bullies and she can continue to feel sorry for herself and eat more.
