I can't help but assume this is coming from Becks and Eric demanding she face reality in order to not get the boot from the basement. Eric has been trolling her with candid shots a lot lately and Becks seems to be downright frustrated with Hamber's existence. They both seem to seethe with contempt for her and Eric seems to really enjoy calling her out on her lies (a la the dog walking video).
Not to mention her "Getting to know me" vid being a waste of time and getting called out for it. It's time to fish for pity.
Damn this video was a mindfuck to watch. Is she admitting her pathos as a come to Jesus type realization or just trying to do her narc manipulation to keep mooching on longer?
She said something to the effect of "the scale can say 481 pounds but I still don't feel that fat I'm self diagnosing with body dysmorphia guise **crocodile tears**".
This explains a lot if it's true but I doubt this will lead to any real change other than splitting up with Becks and moving in with the babysitters.
Or maybe she took out her life savings for a deposit on an apartment. Who knows and why do I care.

Definitely manipulation. She's trying to cut off Eric taking potshots at her through pics. (Everyone wants to see how fat she is, not her lies and angles)
If she made a vid admitting to her miscolored diabetes hands and going to a real doctor for an official diagnosis, that would be big.

Whining and crying about being 500 pounds but not actually planning to do anything about it. Still nothing new here.
Shame and regret is good when you're a person as large as a full grown hippo. It means you're still not completely disconnected from reality.
Gonna take a wild guess and go with the latter. The comments have always been filled with people giving relatively sensible advice about dieting and exercise, besides the criticism for being a terrible human being. Gonna take another wild guess and say that once she's not horribly obese, she'll become a better person.
She seems to have moments of self-awareness, but doesn't have the mental brainpower or wherewithal to finish the thought completely.

Is it almost YT pay day and she needed to squeak in another "feels" video? I'm not buying it, not for a second. Her next video will be a mook-bang while she talks about her next cheat day at the Cheesecake factory. And I can only imagine this is why she has babysitters. Eric probably put his foot down and said she's eating them out of house and home. Maybe it's time to get a lock on the fridge, and everything in the cupboard except for coffee and tinned veggies.
