I want to make mead out of psychoactive honey - Need a way of doing it that wont kill me

Mad Honey is a honey made by bees that harvest from a plant that causes a variety of trippy reactions in humans and was wondering if anyone had ever tried brewing with the stuff. It's crazy expensive so a brew using only it would be prohibitively expensive, but I was wondering if anyone had ever tried mixing it in with a cheaper honey, and if the effects carried over.?

The lethal dose is quite low though so I don't know how to do it, and am unsure if the fermentation method would remove the toxins and the psychoactive ingredients

If you really wanna try that I'd start with a small batch since the brewing process might break down the psychoactives and you don't wanna be stuck with a ton of shitty mead. Also as far as legality is concerned if you're in the usa you'll be fine as long as you're not selling it.
