While concussions on their own won't kill him, Jace still has to worry about bleeding on the brain or between the lining of the brain and the skull. With this kind of injury a person can seem fine at first but, depending on the type of bleed, can deteriorate in a matter of hours or days and eventually lead to death. Dizziness and disorientation are common symptoms of these types of injuries. This is how Natasha Richardson died.

It is especially dangerous to Jace as he's already regularly experiencing such symptoms as vomiting and disorientation. He may not catch the warning sign.

Minimizing the media impact would be the best thing for Jace in general, let alone in a case like this. I know, that it's incredibly optimistic to hope that this would be swept under the proverbial rug but fanning some kind of ebin battle between Jace and Wu continuing from this is not going to result in the Commander's great victory, it'd end up with him buried so deep in prison or in the worst case a mental institution where he will not surface from again. Again, this is something that Jace chose to pursue out of his own volition, with the powers that be trying to discourage him from doing something monumentally stupid(as opposed to just his usual 'goofy stupid' antics) but imho he shouldn't be encouraged to pursue to "Wu-capolypse" further, as epic it might seem.
And heartfelt thanks for the Parkourdude91 "staff" for going through the effort of trying to get through to him, as difficult an effort as it is considering Jace hardly listens to anyone.

He's done some impromptu "oh its Fact Zone now" switch ups when he's out of his skull (usually while in the middle of some other activity), but in general he seems very disinterested in doing Fact Zone in the old style he did when he lived with his mother. I can't see any way this escalates to an attempted murder charge, there has to be an actual attempt and the evidence is pretty flimsy that he was planning to do anything. The worst Wu could probably do to him is a restraining order and some kind of criminal menacing charge.

He was very clear that he WASN'T going to Boston to kill, Wu, but I don't know how his previous threats could factor into this, and I doubt the law could get him on some "conspiracy to commit streetracing" charge.
