They realised their bit became unfunny and that Chris wasnt falling for any trollbusting-related things. Which is a shame. Although from what I read in the jackie emails you shouldent really chalk it up to him being cowardly, but more of him actually being smart with his paranoia.
Classic Chris would have fallen for it, though.

I really wish Chris would have fallen for them though.
Troll Hunter was wonderful. Musical theater numbers would have been an addition to the Chris Chan saga that I'd be way too enthusiastic over. It would have been glorious and its tragic they never took off.

Around the time of Chris' last video, someone dressed up in a theatrical garb and introduced himself as "The Troll Hunter", who was inspired by Chris Chan and worshiped him as his hero, vowing to vanquish all trolls on the Internet to defend Chris' honor.
