Her head shape is too weird to be able to pull it off, though. Very few women can pull off the bald look and most that do have shorter + heart-shaped or triangle faces. She's got this big oblong oval (I think? I think she's putting so much thought into it because it might not grow back, not the way she'd want it to anyway. She's losing her hair, I'm guessing in a way that can't be repaired either from the traction alopecia others have mentioned or just female pattern hairloss. She's probably distressed every time she does her hair, gets out of the shower, etc. and frantically trying to hide her scalp. So she probably keeps thinking she should just shave it, save herself the stress,no one can call her out on balding if it's a style choice, maybe it'll grow back fuller, etc. The issue is she has no idea how it will grow back, or if it will at all. She may end up worse off for it, where she doesn't even grow enough hair to cover her bald patches or something like that.

At least, that's my guess as to why she keeps going back and forth on this. Honestly I feel a bit bad for her on this. It's funny when she makes shitty aesthetic choices herself, less funny when it's happening to her.

Nah, she's definitely fat. She used to be thin. She's not athletic, hasn't gained muscle, so the difference is 100% fat, so much so that she's photoshopping out bulges and wearing baggy clothing. It's an easy 30-40 lbs.

That's after a few years, and the metabolism isn't getting any better with age. Her lifestyle isn't getting better, so it's a trajectory, she's not morbidly obese, but overweight, and will be obese if she continues down this path. Obese and bald. Actually somewhat predictable.
