Now the more complicated question is this?
If both are genderfluid, and one claims to identify as as the opposite gender, and the other part of the party agrees to be the opposite gender in order to maintain heterosexuality, but the one who is choosing to identify as an opposite gender has only done this as a ruse and therefore maintained their original gender while their partner through goodwill assumes a same sex gender and therefore engages in a homosexual act unknowingly because their partner had not changed their gender fluidity, but they had?
