If a person dies and the Kiwi Farms is included in their will, would Josh actually receive any money?

  • Registration without invitation will be until July 4th, and we are reforming account penalties.

MalwareBytes has, again, blocked both the .net and .cc domains for the Kiwi Farms. Complain to them, not me.

Outside of taxes, could the banks/payment processors/deep state deny Josh his rightful shekels if a person left some money to the Kiwi Farms in their will and then died?

From a legal perspective, Kiwi Farms is a website, not a company or person. KF could not be named as a beneficiary.

That being said, Null or Lolcow LLC could be named as a beneficiary, and the executor of the estate would be legally required to contact Null and try to figure out how to get him the money to the best of their ability.

If he requires them to jump through hoops in any way, it may be reduced by the cost of converting it to crypto or sending the money however Null specified, but he would be legally entitled to the disbursement if he was included in the will.

if that happened the glowies would use the will as an excuse to subpoena the farms info to make sure josh didn't try to blackmail you into it or some bullshit like that
