How can you claim you're God's chosen people when most of the left leaning ones are atheist? There are good religious Jews out there, but so many are such shite that I don't understand how on one hand you take over a country like the US, steal the school systems and remove all school choice, then teach kids, "hey, there's no God, be a heathen pos."

If I wanted to subvert a buddhist country's religion, I'd try to make as many public spaces religiously neutral where the subject isn't discussed and then I'd fund a non-stop stream of media where people that follow buddhist principles are hypocritical, silly, overbearing, whereas those that reject it are smart, worldly, attractive and funny.

What goes on in the media has nothing to do with what they're teaching in public schools though. If you want your kid to grow up Christian (or Buddhist, or Muslim, or atheist for that matter), control what they watch. It's not a public school's job to try to convert people to the majority religion, especially in a country where there is no official religion.

Depends on the teacher tbh. Working in the school system before I've met a teacher who was a militant atheistsa la Reddit. She wasn't proselytizing in her lesson plans or anything but she made really condescending and obnoxious gotcha style remarks to a student who brought up their religion. I can't help but think that definitely would've been reported if the religions had been reversed or if the student had been a Muslim. She also made the students write down a mantra about how Columbus was one of the worst war criminals in human history and why Columbus day should be banned - though that's a lot less surprising and she's not the only teacher I know that'd done something like that.
