Sonichu If you could rewrite a character or plot in Sonichu and make it canon, who, what, why and how? -

The other day upon reading some comments on Sonichu, and after having read Asperchu, I got the idea (like most seem to) of what changes I'd like to make to the series. Since it's been done to death, and I know I'm not the only one, I decided to make this thread instead. That way, we can all participate in fanficting/parodying Sonichu without putting in the artistic effort like others do.

State the who, what, why and how for your change and what direction you'd like the story to take.


For me, I'd like to see a change to Sandy's character into a serial killer haunted by the dreams of murdering Alec and Evan. Since she is a ground type, her skull may have various mineral deposits including lead, preventing Magi-Chan from reading her mind.

Either that or a reveal that Magi-Chan was just a homosexual who was pretending to assist Chris, and the real reason he shacked up with Silvana was because she had a . He also would be able to nullify Chris' own psychic powers.

Both would introduce some sort of characterization and conflict that Sonichu badly needs.

Who: Chris
What: Instead of curing aspergers he should cure himself of autism.
Why: I'd like to see try and write himself as not being autistic.

This is more of a curiosity thing. Since it would happen towards the end of the story the plot wouldn't change that much.

What: Make it stylized in some sort of way. cyberpunk/apocalypse/Space/or Noir would have been better than what we got.
Why: The city was boring and Chris didn't know how to write characters. If the city was at least interesting then we might have been able to see some interesting uses out of it at least. Because Chris is not going to utilize a good character, maybe he can take basic rules and use them.

He's spent the whole comic book series as being single but what would've it been like if he wrote himself to actually have a gf; like this made up person but from Comic 0 onwards

Swap the dynamic. Mary Lee Walsh is an innocent lady who a delusional, creepy man named CWC keeps stalking and accusing her of crimes, with access to creatures with superpowers, using them to routinely harm her life, and her friends.

As dumb as it may sound, I would like to see Chris write himself if he had a girlfriend

CWC meets Sweetheart in C-ville. They go on three dates, and he gets her sweet china after the third. Sweetheart gets pregnant and births Crystal. The entire focus throughout these events is on CWC's victories: self-congratulatory monologues on no longer being a virgin, finally getting a sweetheart from the ground up, and fulfilling the prophecy by birthing Crystal.

Sweetheart-chan largely disappears from the comic, as she's busy serving as sole breadwinner for the Chandler household; she appears from time to time to congratulate Chris after sex. The realities of raising a child are completely ignored, and Crystal appears as a small adult, speaking her first word, "monkey," at six weeks old like her father before her.

what: the entire shitfest that is Sonichu

why: it's mindbogglingly stupid and despite what Chris wants others to think, his characters are evil and make good villains.

how: rewrite the story of sonichu as chris made his fantasy world with his godlike powers who subjugates the United states and turns it into CWCville, the electric hedgehog pokemon are remade into twisted projections of his deranged psyche and they have a significant amount of their father's power. Like how MLW uses some sort of powder and a hypnogun to make jerkops, chris turned almost everyone into his slaves with the same sort of methods, but some were immune and band together to make a group of rebels.

You know that scene near the beginning of Fury Road, where we see Immortan Joe looking all flabby and diseased, and then his assistants help him into his armor so he can look impressive when he makes his speech?

That scene, but with the Sonichus helping Chris into his striped shirt. The rest of the comic can stay the same.

The asperpedia four excecution is re-canonized and we actually get the issue chris claimed to be building to where Graduon becomes metal Sonichu and flies down from the moon instead of an autistic ganondorf clone inspired by Chris' Tragedy of an amiibo cash grab.

Also the ren skysoar scene stays until Robotnik randomly comes in and murders him in cold blood with a megatron pistol in a manner similar to the scene where chris kills liquid. What follows is the best-worst musical number ever.

Honestly, the complete nonsensical nature of the "plot" that the comic currently has, combined with the ugly art style is what makes this comic stand out.

So for the sake of entertainment, I wouldn't change a thing.

I would undo all the redcons and edits Chris did later to the comics, sort of like a George Lucas effect, maintain the comics as close to the originals as possible.

A total rewrite of the canon.

The Sonichu would be a relatively common species found through most of Appalachia, and Ruckersville is an autonomous community founded by the Chandler lineage. The Chaotic Combo are Sonichus imbued with the power of the rainbow. Pokemon, Eggman and other copyrighted elements are altered or removed entirely like the retcon with Ren Skysoar.

The story would be much more tamer, following the adventures of Sonichu and Mayor Chris as they fend off the antagonists Count Graduon and Slaweel the Witch, with the help of Cherokian power. Basically, a Sonichu more similar to issues 1-4, Issue 11, and of course with the aforementioned canon and better artwork/dialogue.

All the Sonichus to have visible genitalia.

I would rewrite the character of Chris-Chan, make him not autistic, give him big muscles and a straight 7 incher, and a girl just meant to be with him.
