It appears there is much room for research on this topic. Especially considering pubmed has a slew of articles about coprophilia and foot fetishists.

SITOPHILIA (Botulinonia—sex with sausage) Sitophilia (sito: food; philia: attachment to) refers to those who use food for sexual purposes. Serious answer, probably neither. Fetishes and paraphilias have more to do with the disturbed mentality behind the act, than with the act itself.
