I'm skinny so I can technically eat what I want.... I'm hungry often in de night. I sometimes eat saltine crackers to still my hunger and if that doens't work I fry 3 eggs. That should do the trick! I've even made fries at night (try to hide the smell of frying oil lol)

I’ll usually just drink a glass of water, if I’m really hungry I’ll have a small snack of something like baby carrots or cut a small wedge of smoked Gouda. I don’t like eating much at night because it ends up just keeping me awake longer
