I'm making a cooking channel on YT -

So, I love to cook for myself. I might not be the prettiest or best cook out there, but it's soemthing I do for fun. Decided that I'm going to make a YT channel to cover my hobby.

Is there anything specific that my fellow kiwi's would like to see made on the channel? Automatic go fuck yourself for suggesting Amberlynn Reid's garbage.

I used to, but I got fed up with the constant stream of "you should do this like my professional chef friend does" and it got not fun.

Aw come on, you could try to cash in on the Mukbang fad.

But on a serious note, showing recipes for local food would be really cool. Also clam chowder. No idea if that is local to your area, but I heard there are a lot of local varieties and it's kinda what comes to mind as American national dish (other than hamburgers and apple pie).

Better idea: make a shepherd's pie and after plating, have the plate dragged off the counter by an RC pickup truck.

I think doing recipes for beginner cooks would be beneficial too. Like those guys and girls who are just now on their own and not sure what to make or how.

Things like:

Tacos
Chili
Spaghetti
Hamburgers
Stir fry
Various breakfast foods

For a new channel that might be a good little segment to have?
