Feedback Implement an "HIV POSITIVE" banner for users that are HIV+ - To Keep Are Community Safe.

In the interests of maintaining and improving Online Community Security &/or Safety On The Online, I propose that the Administration consider adding a banner for identifying HIV+ users. This will ensure that they are identified and cataloged, will ensure that HIV does not spread within our community, and will encourage others to stay clear and not have sex/poop back and forth/kiss/share Lunchables with them.

We already know that @God Long Army General and @Hispanic_Hitlermobile are both HIV Positive, so they can be awarded the banner as soon as it is implemented. Other users can receive the banner if necessary.
