Kamala Harris even getting the presidency will be the death knell of identity politics. Nobody dislikes Harris more than the American Black population and Harris despises them too. I don't know what they're betting with this hail Mary but it's not anything which relies on Harris long term.

I dunno, Cuomo was probably the last Straight White Male Hope but TPTB have decided against him. Watch for the NY AG who nuked her boss's career by exposing the nursing home scandal to get a plum spot in the Harris admin. It was a put up job because they don't want him to run.

After watching the hearing on whether to increase Kyle's bail, and the outrageous behavior of the family and lawyers of Sk8ter Boi and Gaige, I'm not surprised. They basically undermined their entire case at every turn. Considering civil lawsuits are supposed to be easier to lose on than criminal, hopefully it's a good sign, but there's little justice in this world, so I'd hate to get my hopes up.

Sorry if this is late, but you can eat shit because the late rating doesn't exist anymore. I hadn't seen the footage yet and looked it up when I read your comment.


-The judged ruled from a courtroom that still had broken windows from the riots. God I love small town justice lol.
-The DA questions if the threats on Kyle's life are even real while begging people to stop harassing the people living at his former address.
-Independent black female lawyer brings up a black dude that has nothing to do with the case getting higher bail than Kyle and the old white judge gives her a history lesson in civil rights while shooting down her request like a Japanese zero.
-Not only did Huber's dad flip the judge off when he denied the bail increase, you could tell he went on a screaming and cussing rant behind his mask for the rest of the zoom call and I think the court clerk just had him muted. Had he done that in a real courtroom he would have been likely escorted out in cuffs. If his audio exists, I wanna hear it.
-I've not spent a ton of time in court rooms, but is it normal for that much "But, but, but JUDGE!?!" after a case has been decided?
-When the judge said he's never raised someone's bond or jailed them in this situation, the DA raises his eyebrows and nods in agreement lol
-Part of their argument that he's breaking bail conditions is that there's pictures of him making the Okay hand symbol, and they bring it up at least 3 times between 2 attorneys.
-Huber's dad (by himself) refuses to take his mask off so the judge can hear him until Kyle (sitting beside his lawyer) takes his off. Judge shoots that shit down, then a big sarcastic, "CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW!" Looks like the apple didn't fall far from the tree.

It's my first zoom court case and I'm used to seeing the back of a lawyer's head and not their detailed and focused facial expressions for the entire hearing. 10/10 would watch again.

Yep, all that and Huber's dad tried to hold up a message on the zoom call. Probably realized he was muted, but didn't realize that the camera couldn't pick up that level of detail. It would have been interesting to see if it was a threat against Kyle or just like "Fuck you all." i could see it going either way. It was after he found out Kyle's new address would be sealed and their lawyers or the prosecutor wouldn't be able to leak it. For a normal person, that wouldn't be surprising, since they even admitted the danger the new residents of Kyle's old home have been in.
