I think it would be cool to have a theme where the logos are gone or minimized and the website looks more like a generic forum. I think it would drive more traffic because I'm always paranoid when browsing in public, I'm sure other people have jobs and shit that they don't want to find them on KF on their breaks.

I've removed all branding and avatars, set theme to blue. Logo is now generic.

I think making the general "vibe" of the forum less "cartoony and personal" (no avatars, no sonichu background, boring looking logo) is enough to sway most of the unwanted attention to your monitor at work; you don't need much else. At least, I don't.
